, bacteria, and protists. Many plants and fungi reproduce asexually as well, and asexual reproduction has been cited in some animals, including bdelloid rotifers, which only are known to reproduce asexually, and various animals that exhibit parthenogenesis under certain conditions.

I am now going to talk about asexual reproduction. Asexual reproduction is the reproducing of an organism without the fusion of an egg and a sperm. One example is the plant cutting. It is when you cut of some of a plant and a new plant grows from it. That is asexual reproduction.

Asexual reproduction is different from sexual reproduction. It is different because asexual reproduction can reproduce itself without an egg or a sperm. An example is if you cut a branch off a tree and plant it in the ground, it will make another tree that looks exactly the same as the first one. That’s what happens with asexual reproduction.

Here are some examples and the definition of Asexual reproduction. Asexual reproduction is when reproducing an organism it can be created without the forming of an egg and a sperm. Now heres an example,Asexual reproduction can happen when a plant produces seeds [twig or step is planted into the ground] to make more of the same plant. Thats the definition and a example of Asexual reproduction.

Sexual reproduction is not the same as asexual reproduction.Asexual reproduction, without an egg or sperm, can reproduce itself. One example is if you cut off part of a plant and plant it into the ground eventually A new plant identical to the first one. Another example is budding. budding is when an offspring develops as a growth on the body of the parent, so when a jellyfish or other echinoderms buds break away and make up an independent existance that is budding, which is another example of asexual reproduction. That is what sexual reproduction is and some examples for it.

Asexual reproduction is a very interesting prosses of life.It doesn’t involve an egg cell and sperm cell. For example if you have a carrot and you cut it in half then you plant it in the ground, it will keep growing.

Asexual reproduction is when you dont need a mate, mainly for plants. [Not true. There are many organisms that reproduce asexually.] What they do is scatter their seeds. [Yes, plants scatter seeds, but as we learned a couple of days ago, seeds are formed from the fusion of an egg and sperm: sexual reproduction.] If you cut off the bud, they will grow into a new plant. That process is called Cutting Plants. This is Asexual reproduction for most plants.

When you think of reproduction what’s the first thought that comes to mind? Usually it’s “the birds and the bees”, right? Well, there’s a different type of reproduction called asexual reprodution. Asexual reproduction does not require a mate or the fusion of an egg or sperm. Examples of this are fission, mitotic cell division, budding, plant cuttings, animal regeneration, plant cloning, and animal clonig. When animals or plants reproduce this way, the become physically and genetically the same. So now when you think of reproduction, the two things that should come to mind should be sexual reproduction and asexual reprduction.

Asexual reproduction is not the same as sectual reproduction.Asexual reproduction does not need an egg or sperm cell. For example if you have a lemon tree then cut of a branch, and plant it it will grow another tree.Thats what I have to tell you about Asectual reproduction.

I’m going to tell you about asexual reproduction. Asexual Reproductin is where something reproduces without an egg or sperm. For example, if you break of a branch from a tree and plant it in the gorund, it’s most likely it will grow. That’s an example of asexual reproduction. Another example in wich this process happens is in fission, budding, plant cutting, animal regeneration, plant cloning, and animal cloning. that’swhat asexual reproduction is.

Asexual reproduction is a very unique way to reproduce. First off, an egg nor a sperm is involved. For example, if you were to branch or twig from a tree and plant it in to the ground, an identical tree will grow. In 1996 a sheep was cloned! The sheeps name was dolly, and she was made by scientists. I forgot how, but it’s still pretty cool. Thats why asexual reproduction is so unique.

Asexual reproduction can reproduce without an egg or a sperm. An example of asexual reproduction is that if you cut a stem of a plant or a branch of a tree and plant it, it will make an identical plant or tree that looks exactly like the plant you cut the branch or stem off of. That is asexual reproduction.

Sexual reproduction is very different from asexual reproduction. Asexual reproduction is basically a clone without having to have physical contact, or the fusion of egg and sperm. Sexual reproduction is the fusion of the egg cell and sperm cell. Another way they are different is that you need to have two organism for sexual reproduction, and asexual reproduction you only need one. These are only a few ways that a sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction is different.

Asexual reproduction is not the same as sexual reproduction. For example, sexual reproduction is caused by the fusion of an egg and a sperm. Asexual reproduction is not. If you cut off a root of a flower and replant it,it will grow another identical flower. That is asexual reproduction.

Asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction, are two diffrent things. They’re diffrent because asexual reproduction can be done without the fusion of egg and sperm. There’s a difference from asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction. It has one main reason why they are different and that is what I am going to tell you about. It’s different because asexual reproduction can reproduce itself without an egg or a sperm. An example is you cut off a stem or root of a flower or plant, and then plant it on the ground, it will make another flower jjust like the first one. That is what happens with asexual reproduction.

Asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction are two very different things.Asexual reproduction is the reproduction of an organism without the fusion of an egg and sperm. An example would be if you cut off a plant and then stick it back into the ground and a new plant grows from it.Thats what asexual reproduction is.

Asexual reproduction is very different from sexual reproduction. Asexual reproduction is different from sexual reproduction because it can reproduce an offspring without a sperm and an egg. Unlike sexual reproduction it it cannot reproduce an offspring itself without an egg and a sperm fussion. A good example of asexual reproduction is a tree. When you cut of a branch or a twig off a tree and plant it, it will reproduce into an exact clone of the tree you got the branch or twig. This is called asexual reproduction.

Today i learn about asexual reproduction.
Asexual reproduction is the production of offspring by one parent without a sperm or an egg joining. One example is plant cloning.Plant tissue culture is a cloning technique that enables scientists to produce genetically identical plants from a few plant cells. That is asexual reproduction.

Asexual production is different from production. Asexual production can reproduce itself without an egg [and sperm]. The [sexual] [re]production can’t do that. Like say that a tree branch fell down and started to grow. It would be the exact looking tree as the other one. Is that cool or what . That’s cool how asexual production can do that.

  27. By: Darrell Clemons p5 on October 6, 2009 at 8:43 pm

Is it true that reproduction occurs only with two parents, one with sperm and one with egg? No, because many organisms have only one parent. Asexual reproduction is producing an offspring by only one parent without the sperm and egg joining. Genetically the offspring produced is identical to this parent. There are advantages and disadvantiges to Asexual Reproduction.

Asexual and Sexual reproduction are completely different. Asexual reproduction is the reproduction of an organism without fusion of an egg and sperm cell. The good thing about asexual reproduction is that u [you] can produce as much as you want and not have to worry abut [about] having a mate. The bad thing abut [about] asexual reproduction though is that if lets say a daisy was to die from some air poison then all daisies would die because they have the exact same DNA. Now you know what i learned in Mr. Lane’s science class

Asexual reproduction is one way of producing offspring without a sperm and an egg. Asexual reproduction only needs one parent. An example would be cutting a branch off of a rose bush and planting it in the ground, and having it create a new rose bush. Another example would be like breaking off a piece of Ice Plant, planting it, and having it grow a new plant. It is pretty amazing that plants can reproduce from a cutting by themselves.

I am going to talk to you about Asexual Reproduction. Asexual Reproduction is not the same thing as Sexual Reproduction. Asexual Reproduction is reproducing an organism without the fusion of an egg or a sperm. For example, if you cut a plant and plant the cut plant, it willl become a new organism, thats called a plant cutting. And, that is what Asexual Reproduction is.
